Dear All,

I would like to know if it's authorized to fill the request message parameter 'fr' or the response message parameter 'to' with an App-ID ?
Nowhere I saw this possibility. Nevertheless, in the TS118104 I can see in the step 2.3.2 of the annexe H.2.3 the following description:

"If present, select the [cmdhLimits] resource(s) containing the App-ID in the list defined by the 'requestOrigin' attribute which matches with the 'fr' parameter in case of a request message or with the 'to' parameter in case of a response message."

Is it an error from this description?
