TS-0014, step 003002 states:

 "Determine the LWM2M Notification class Attributes to set from the set of subscriptions of the Parent resource using the  resource associated with each of the Parent resource's subscriptions"

Is there any guidance on how to perform this determination? Specifically: I'm trying to work out how to convert a <schedule> resource to an observation's pmin/pmax values.
