Hello,
I have a question regarding the notifications to subscriptions using the 
mqtt protocol. So the case im thinking of is that i want to receive 
these notifications over the mqtt protocol. If i have a subscription 
with the notification uri set to an AE registered in the CSE that sends 
the notifications, what should the poa of the AE be to receive 
notifications over mqtt ? Is this even defined ? I couldnt find an 
awnser to this in the Mqtt binding pdf or the functional architecture or 
service layer pdf. The only thing i found was that a poa can be 
specified like mqtt://randomuri.com:<portnum>.
